Community caster Andrey “Afoninje” Afonin has shared his thoughts on the Dota 2 patch 7.38c. He took to his Telegram channel to express his frustration with the buffs applied to Helm of Dominator and Helm of Overlord.

Patch 7.38c was rolled out on the night of March 28th. This update from Valve included bug fixes and adjustments to hero stats.
