Natus Vincere`s captain, Aleksib Virolainen, made an incredible play in the match against Team Falcons at IEM Melbourne 2025 in CS2. Aleksib managed to eliminate Nikola “NiKo” Kovac with a smoke grenade. This highlight was caught on the official tournament stream.
The incident happened in the sixth round when Falcons were leading 5:0. The NAVI captain didn`t intend to kill NiKo – Virolainen was throwing a smoke grenade towards point B on Inferno, and it ricocheted directly into Kovac. As a result, Natus Vincere secured their first round in the game.

IEM Melbourne 2025 is being held in Australia from April 21–27. Sixteen teams are participating in the championship. The event`s prize pool is $300,000.
