Arteezy Names Players Who Helped Him Improve: EternaLEnVy and pieliedie Included

Former professional Dota 2 player Artur “Arteezy” Babaev shared that several of his colleagues were crucial to his growth at the beginning of his career. Babaev listed these individuals during a livestream.

“I became a better player because of many people who were with me when I was rising in tier-2 in North America. I made friends with many cool and smart people. Some of them you know: EternaLEnVy, s4, pieliedie, singsing, bOne7, and other guys helped me progress. They gave me a different perspective on the game, helped me challenge myself and my beliefs. When you surround yourself with such people, your success becomes only a matter of time. But it also works the other way around: if you surround yourself with animals, your environment will turn into a zoo.”

Arteezy competed on the professional scene from 2013 to 2024. Over his career, Babaev earned over $2.7 million in prize money. His best results at The International were third-place finishes in 2014 and 2018.
