According to SteamDB data, Assassin`s Creed Shadows was the most popular new release on Steam last week, reaching a peak concurrent player count of 60,000. The game has received a positive reception on Steam, with 79% of user reviews being positive.
Assassin`s Creed Shadows was released on March 20, 2025. It is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC via Steam, Ubisoft Store, and Epic Games Store. Previously, the game faced criticism from Japanese players regarding the abbreviated name of Japan in game files.
