In a Group B match at the FISSURE Universe: Episode 5 Dota 2 tournament, AVULUS and Aurora Gaming concluded their game with a draw. AVULUS, led by Tal “Fly” Aizik, accumulated three points over four matches, which unfortunately wasn`t enough to advance, resulting in their elimination from the tournament.
Aurora Gaming has successfully qualified for the playoffs and will begin their run in the lower bracket. The upcoming match in the group stage features Team Liquid against Heroic. Both teams currently hold five points after three matches. Should their match also end in a draw, they are scheduled to play an additional best-of-3 tiebreaker to determine group seeding or advancement.
The FISSURE Universe: Episode 5 tournament is being held online from July 1st to 4th. Ten participating teams are competing for a substantial prize pool of $250,000.
