The Albanian Counter-Strike 2 roster, Bad News Eagles, has ceased to exist. Representatives of the team announced this decision on social media.
After an unforgettable few years together, it`s time for us to go our separate ways.
From the very beginning, we pursued a dream – to compete at the highest level, push to the limit, and leave a mark on the Counter-Strike scene. Together, we qualified for three Majors, broke barriers, and created history for the Albanian Counter-Strike community. We are genuinely proud of everything we`ve achieved, not just the victories, but also the friendships, hard work, and memories of time spent together.
The last few months have been difficult, and we were unable to continue developing as a team. Despite the team`s disbandment, the spirit, legacy, and passion for the game remain. We are not saying goodbye – this is just the end of one chapter and the beginning of many new ones.

Our last dance will take place at the IESF World Esports Championships 2025.
The Bad News Eagles roster was initially formed in early 2022. Throughout its existence, the team earned just under $250,000 in prize money. The team`s best performance at Major tournaments was a 12th-14th place finish achieved in both Paris and Rio.
