Electronic Arts is planning to announce the new game in the Battlefield series this summer. The release of the project is scheduled before the end of the company`s fiscal year, which concludes in March 2026.
EA has been actively developing the new Battlefield game for several years, aiming to “reimagine” the series. Current testing of the game is being conducted under the Battlefield Labs program.
There have been reports that EA is considering introducing a paid subscription called Battlefield Pro for the new game. This subscription would supposedly include a battle pass, exclusive content, accelerated experience gain, unique cosmetic items, access to special challenges, and the ability to rent private servers in Portal mode.
