The Russian Esports Federation has officially announced the countries set to participate in the BRICS Tekken 8 Championship. The tournament is supported by title partner Sber and boasts a prize pool of ₽3.5 million.
A total of 22 countries will be represented at the championship. Each participating nation will field two esports athletes. The list of countries includes:

- Thailand

- Belarus
Representing Russia will be members of the national esports team: Sergey `Strog` Platov and Vyacheslav `Caliber` Novikov.
The upcoming 2025 tournament marks the third iteration of the BRICS Tekken Championship series. The previous two championships, held in 2023 and 2024, were both won by Chinese esports athlete Chen `XCC` Zhuolin.
