Complexity Gaming might require a substitute player for the upcoming BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. This was revealed by the team`s General Manager, Graham “Messioso” Pitt.
The team`s main sniper, Håkon “Hallzerk” Fjærli, is the player likely to miss the event. It`s reported that he has not yet received his visa for entry into the United States. Pitt explained that although the entry approval has been granted, the Norwegian player is required to collect further documentation to finalize the visa, and this process cannot be expedited. Should the situation remain unresolved by the time the Major begins, Hallzerk will be replaced by Paytyn “junior” Johnson, who is already registered as Complexity`s official substitute player.
Complexity also announced a change in coaching staff for the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, with Eric “adreN” Hoag set to attend as the team`s coach. Graham Pitt had previously filled the coaching role for the team at several recent tournaments.
The BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 is scheduled to run from June 2nd to June 22nd in the United States. The tournament will feature 32 teams competing for a $1.25 million prize pool. Complexity is set to start their run in the initial stage, where they will face off against 15 other teams who qualified regionally.
