This recognition comes after his decisive performance against Saudi Pro League champions Al Hilal. Ronaldo scored two goals in this match, securing a 3-1 victory for his club Al Nassr. This win is vital for Al Nassr in their pursuit of the league title, where Al Hilal is a key competitor.

Following Al Nassr`s win, the points gap between them and Al Hilal in the league standings has narrowed to just three points. Al Ittihad currently holds the top spot, five points ahead of Al Hilal, but with eight games remaining, the league title race is still open.
