Remco `Crystallis` Aretz, the carry player for Tundra Esports` Dota 2 team, shared insights into his relationship with Gleb `kiyotaka` Zyryanov, the midlaner for Aurora Gaming. Crystallis discussed their dynamic during a post-match interview at PGL Wallachia Season 4.
[Question: `Why did you tip kiyotaka at the end of the match?`] On the second map, there was a moment where I killed him solo because he thought he was cool/good. Usually, this guy always flames me like crazy in matchmaking. He definitely enters my top three biggest haters in pub games.
When I killed him solo, I didn`t even tip him. Nobody was around, he just messed up. Later in that game, he killed me, and it didn`t even look like he really outplayed me. I was taking a risk and eventually got caught, which wasn`t surprising. And he tipped me! I couldn`t believe it.
I was above it, but on the third map, he lost and got a tip. I think it was deserved.
The match between Crystallis`s and kiyotaka`s teams took place in the lower bracket of PGL Wallachia Season 4. Tundra Esports ultimately won the series 2-1.
