Counter-Strike 2 players have discovered a significant bug on the newly released map, Grail, that allows them to glitch outside the intended map boundaries. The exploit involves finding a specific location with railings situated near the Terrorist side spawn point. By performing a precise jump into the river at this spot, players can successfully move beyond the playable area.
Attempting to jump into the river at other locations will result in the player`s immediate death. The exact cause of this unintended oversight is currently unknown. As of the time of this report, Valve has not yet released a patch to fix this bug. Once outside the main map area, players gain access to sections with partially rendered or transparent textures.
The map Grail was introduced to CS2 as part of a game update rolled out on the night of May 8th. This update also brought several other new maps to the game, including Jura, Agency, Dogtown, and Brewery. In addition to new environments, the developers also implemented weekly missions for players to complete within the shooter.
