Science SARU studio has recently unveiled a brand new trailer for the upcoming second season of the popular anime series “Dandadan”. This promotional video was exclusively published on the Rotten Tomatoes Trailers YouTube channel and showcased various key scenes featuring characters such as Jin Enjoji, Ken Takakura, and Momo Ayase.
The “Dandadan” narrative centers on the lives of high school students Momo Ayase, a staunch believer in ghosts, and Ken Takakura, an equally firm ufologist. Their constant attempts to disprove each other unexpectedly lead them to the astonishing realization that both supernatural spirits and extraterrestrial aliens genuinely exist. The digital release of the new episodes is officially set for July 3, 2025. Adding to the excitement, the first three episodes of the second season are slated for global cinema screenings throughout late May and early June.
The debut season of “Dandadan” originally aired between October 4 and December 19, 2024, comprising a total of 12 episodes. It garnered favorable reviews from viewers, reflected in its strong ratings: 8.4 out of 10 on IMDb and 8.3/10 among visitors on Kinopoisk. The forthcoming season is anticipated to delve further into the compelling story arc surrounding the cursed house introduced previously.
