FalleN Reflects on Spirit Loss: “Couldn’t Show My Desired Individual Game” on Final Maps

Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, captain of FURIA Esports` CS2 roster, commented on his team`s defeat by Team Spirit in the semifinals of PGL Astana 2025.

It was a close series. We`ll compete for a top-3 finish against Aurora tomorrow. It was a great match.

On the last two maps, I couldn`t show the individual game I wanted to, but overall, I`m satisfied with my performance at the tournament.

I`d rate our team play a ten out of ten; we quickly found good synergy.

The PGL Astana 2025 tournament is being held in Kazakhstan from May 10th to 18th, featuring a prize pool of $625,000. The semifinal match between FURIA and Team Spirit took place on the evening of May 17th, concluding with a 2-1 victory for Spirit. The map scores were 13:7 for FURIA on Train, followed by 13:9 for Spirit on Nuke and 13:7 for Spirit on Mirage.
