Håvard “rain” Nygaard, a veteran player for FaZe Clan, has shared his intentions to conclude his professional CS2 career within the next five years. Speaking in a video released on the team`s official YouTube channel, the Norwegian rifler emphasized his desire to dedicate more time to his family, including his wife and children.
“My future over the next five years… considering the situation at home and how long my wife has allowed me to do this, I think within five years I will retire. I`ve had my fun, and I need to be home for my wife and family, to watch my kids grow up and all that. In the next five years, I will definitely end my career.”
Rain began his journey in competitive Counter-Strike back in 2013. The majority of his distinguished career has been spent under the FaZe Clan banner, which he joined in 2016 when the organization first established its CS:GO roster. As a core member of FaZe, rain has been instrumental in the team`s numerous victories at top-tier tournaments, including securing championships at Major events.
