Warhorse Studios has recently unveiled the trailer and confirmed the release date for the inaugural story expansion planned for their upcoming RPG title, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. The new downloadable content is scheduled to launch on May 15th for players on PC and consoles.
This first expansion bears the title “Brushes with Death”. The storyline will involve the game`s protagonist, Henry, encountering an artist. As part of this interaction, players will gain the ability to paint shields, likely tied to assisting the artist with their career and other narrative elements.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II itself was released on February 4, 2025, across multiple platforms including PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The base game has garnered positive reception, holding an average score of 88 out of 100 from critics on Metacritic, alongside a user score of 8.7 out of 10.
