FL4MUS explained why he stopped shouting during Virtus.pro tournament matches

Virtus.pro CS2 player Timur `FL4MUS` Marev recently shed light on why he has reduced his emotional and vocal outbursts during official tournament matches. Speaking on Igor `SL4M` Sopov`s broadcast, he indicated that while he is attempting to regain that level of emotional reaction, opportunities to do so are infrequent.

100% [of my emotion and energy] has decreased. I am trying very hard to focus a lot on my communication and my game. Meaning I`m investing my energy not into what I used to, but more into my game. Yes, this isn`t great. I truly am trying to shout now, honestly. But it`s just (laughs)… when you lose a lot of games, your state gradually fades away. What is there to shout about? We`re losing, why yell?

FL4MUS joined the Virtus.pro roster in December 2024. In his initial tournaments with the team, the player was known for reacting very emotionally to the team`s successes, often actively cheering and motivating his teammates.

At the recent PGL Astana 2025 event, Virtus.pro finished in 9th-11th place. The team did not advance to the championship playoffs, being eliminated by MIBR in the deciding match of the group stage.
