Fnatic has officially signed Dmitry “jambo” Semera, a sniper previously playing for Passion UA in CS2. The esports organizations announced the transfer on social media.

Fnatic representatives stated that jambo was their long-term target and they successfully reached an agreement with Passion UA after extended negotiations. The details of the transfer deal remain undisclosed. Jambo had been playing for the Ukrainian team since August 2023 and helped them qualify for Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, where they placed 17th-19th.

Previously, Denis “Burmylov” Buraga played as the AWPer for Fnatic for about two months. Following jambo’s signing, Burmylov has been moved to the inactive roster. The club acknowledged Burmylov’s talent and wished him success in his future endeavors.
