Friberg Expresses Concerns About CS2 Matchmaking Quality

Adam “friberg” Friberg, a Counter-Strike 2 coach, has voiced his frustration with the Premier mode matchmaking experience. According to the Swedish coach, he has encountered cheaters frequently in the official CS2 matchmaking system.

Friberg stated, “After playing a lot of Premier mode in CS2 following the recent patch, I`ve realized the significant extent of the cheating problem. In almost every other game, we faced cheaters, making me want to quit the match. I sincerely hope Valve updates VAC, as there have been no bans throughout the entire week.”

Previously, professional player Martin “STYKO” Styk played 30 Premier matches at a rating of approximately 25,000. He reported encountering cheaters in all but four of those matches. More details about his experiment are available in a separate article.
