G2 Coach TaZ Comments on Team’s Loss to ODDIK

G2 Esports CS2 coach Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas shared his perspective following the team`s match against ODDIK at PGL Astana 2025. The Polish coach posted his thoughts on his personal X social media account.

Good game, ODDIK.

This is dreadful. We played terribly, but it`s not one person`s fault. We all collectively need to improve.

It`s time to show character and turn this subpar performance into something we can take pride in.

Losses like these are life`s greatest lessons. We must confront difficulties directly.

Earlier, G2 lost to ODDIK in the second round of the group stage at PGL Astana 2025. The match concluded with a 1:2 scoreline (8:13 on Anubis, 13:3 on Dust2, and 9:13 on Nuke). For this tournament, TaZ is temporarily filling in for Nemanja “huNter-” Kovač in the G2 lineup due to the player experiencing visa issues.

PGL Astana 2025 is taking place from May 10th to 18th in Kazakhstan. Sixteen teams are competing for a prize pool of $1.25 million, half of which will be distributed among the clubs. Tournament schedules and results can be followed in dedicated coverage.
