A limited-time promotion is now active in Overwatch 2, offering players the chance to earn complimentary cosmetic items for the hero Symettra simply by watching eligible Twitch streams. This special Twitch Drops event is available from April 22nd through May 7th.
To participate in this promotion, you must link your Battle.net account with your Twitch account. Once linked, you can accumulate watch time by tuning into any Twitch channel that has Overwatch 2 Drops enabled. Rewards are unlocked progressively based on how long you watch:
- Watch for 2 hours: Receive the “Ice Princess Gem” graffiti.
- Watch for 5 hours: Receive the “Ice Princess Skates” player icon.
- Watch for 9 hours: Receive the legendary “Ice Princess” Symettra skin.
In related news, Overwatch 2 also saw the release of a new game mode called `Stadium` on April 22nd.
