The matchups for the third round of the European MRQ tournament leading to the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in Counter-Strike 2 have been determined. In the matches that will decide who advances to the major, OG will go head-to-head with Metizport, and Heroic will face off against Nemiga Gaming.
Teams with a 1-1 record in the tournament are seeded into the following pairings: BCGame versus BIG, BetBoom Team versus Fnatic, 9Pandas versus SAW, and Astralis versus ENCE. In the group of teams fighting to avoid elimination from the qualifiers, B8 Esports will compete against PARIVISION, and GamerLegion will play against 500. All matches in this round are scheduled for April 15th.
The closed European qualifier for the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 is taking place online from April 14th to 17th. Sixteen teams are competing for six slots in the major tournament.
