iNSaNiA’s Opinion on Dota 2 Patch

Team Liquid Dota 2 player, Ayden `iNSaNiA` Sarkoi, has commented on the hero Oracle changes in patch 7.38c. He shared his thoughts on his Telegram.

Thank God, Oracle was nerfed, my pubs are saved.

In patch 7.38c, Oracle`s Rain of Destiny damage/heal per second was reduced from 35 to 30. Also, the level 15 talent was changed from percentage damage to Purifying Flames cooldown reduction.

Update 7.38c was released on the night of March 28th. This update included bug fixes and character balance adjustments from Valve.
