Actor Jack Black has revealed his fondness for the Yakuza game series. He shared this at the Hollywood premiere of the film “Minecraft Movie.”
Reporters inquired about Black`s current gaming interests. In response, he mentioned his love for the Fallout series, noting he recently revisited earlier installments. He also added that he has started playing Yakuza and is finding it “very fun.” It`s well-known that Black is a dedicated gamer, having launched the YouTube channel JablinskiGames in 2018 to showcase game playthroughs, though its activity has become sporadic since 2020.
The release of “Minecraft Movie” is scheduled for April 4, 2025. The movie features Jack Black (“The Holiday,” “School of Rock”) and Jason Momoa (“Game of Thrones,” “Aquaman”) in leading roles. Jared Hess (“Napoleon Dynamite,” “Gentlemen Broncos”) directed the film.
