CS2 analyst kassad expressed his view on Astralis`s recent roster change with irony. On his X page, he commented that in his opinion, signing Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen would make the team even weaker.
“There was only one decision that could make Astralis even worse. That decision was to sign HooXi.”
Astralis had previously announced the departure of Casper “cadiaN” Møller on April 22. The Danish in-game leader had been with the team since September 2024 and did not succeed in qualifying for either the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 or the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025.
HooXi`s last professional team was G2 Esports, from which he left the starting roster in July 2024. Since then, he had been in inactive status.
