LenaGol0vach о челлендже от Nix с прогулкой на 100 тыс. шагов: «Как людей в нынешнее время легко [обмануть]»

Streamer Sergey “LenaGol0vach” Karnaukhov shared his opinion that completing a 100,000-step walk in one day is not a particularly difficult task. During a Twitch broadcast, he mentioned that his personal daily norm of 10,000 steps is easily met just by moving around his apartment.

Reflecting on the challenge and the audience`s reaction, he commented: “It`s surprising how easily people can be misled these days. 100,000 steps! The daily norm is 10,000. I have a Garmin watch (not an ad, for those who know, they are great), and I hit 10,000 steps even if I don`t leave the house, just by walking around the apartment. That`s 100,000 – ten times more.”

He recounted watching another streamer`s broadcast where people were reacting to Nix`s challenge: “I was watching RAMZES666`s stream yesterday. Some person comes in and writes: `Sanya is dying there, Sanya Nix is dying, Levin is dying!` I thought: what happened? I went to check, curious. And they had walked 4,000 steps, and everyone in chat was writing that they were about to die and had no water. Unbelievable! Oh wait, not 4,000, it was 40,000. No water, people are dying! I thought: `Seriously?` I kept watching – they walked 10,000 more and didn`t die. Why write that?”

Addressing comments about the conditions: “[Chat message: `It`s 35 degrees heat in Miami.`] So what? Guys, I can easily walk 10,000 steps. That`s nothing. Especially one of them is a footballer. Ask that footballer how much he ran in training. He likely ran the equivalent of 100,000 steps every day in training. And here they just had to walk! Honestly, it`s astonishing.”

“No, I understand if someone weighing 200 kg was walking. Yes, for them it might be a lot. But one of them is a footballer, his legs are incredibly strong. It seems to me he could have walked not 100,000 but all 300,000 steps. Just feed him and give him water.”

“Why are you mentioning Davydich? It`s a fact. Just look: 10,000 steps for me happens without leaving the house. The only thing I won`t comment on is the water. Maybe it was really hot there and water was needed. But if you remove all that, give them just 0.5 liters of plain water, I think they could keep walking easily. Especially Miami, you look around – everything is beautiful.”

LenaGol0vach made these remarks while commenting on the stream by Alexander “Nix” Levin, which took place on June 16. Over 18 hours, Levin and his partner Artem “risenHAHA” Kuzmin walked 100,000 steps through the streets and parks of Miami, primarily without food or drink. They did occasionally stop to rest and cool themselves with water from fountains, bodies of water, and containers.
