m0NESY’s Reflections After PGL Bucharest 2025: “History Here is Finished, But Inside – Never”

Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, the sniper for G2 Esports CS2 team, summarized their performance at PGL Bucharest 2025. He also suggested that this tournament might have been his last with the current lineup.

“Sorry, that`s all. Thank you to everyone who supported G2 and me all this time. This was a stage that made me stronger. People who will remain in my memory forever. A team that was a home, a second family. Thank you for everything. ❤️ History here is finished. History inside – never.”

PGL Bucharest 2025 took place from April 6th to 13th in Bucharest, Romania. Teams competed for a prize pool of $625,000. In the final, Team Falcons defeated G2 Esports with a score of 3:0.

Earlier, rumors circulated online about m0NESY potentially joining Team Falcons in the near future. According to insider Guillaume “neL” Canelo, this transfer would be the biggest in CS history.
