Streamer Ilya “Maddyson” Davydov has compiled and shared his list of “12 Rules for Life” on his personal Telegram channel.
Maddyson`s 12 Rules for Life:
- If something bothers you, discard it – be it things, people, or habits. Don`t hesitate.
- Don`t feel the need to explain yourself. Those who understand will, and others don`t need to.
- Money isn`t everything, but without it, other aspects become a performance of poverty.
- Train your body, as character alone isn`t always enough.
- If in doubt, act. Making a mistake is better than perpetual inaction.
- Don`t rely on motivation; stick to a schedule instead.
- Be useful, but don`t feel the need to be convenient. These are distinct concepts.
- If you`re tired, take a break, but never give up.
- Surround yourself with people who don`t hold you back. Let energy vampires drain each other.
- Learn to laugh at yourself, or others will do it for you.
- Sometimes silence is wiser than showcasing ignorance.
- You owe nothing to anyone, not even your past self.
In related news, Davydov recently announced his return to streaming on Twitch after a period on the Kick platform. He also mentioned plans to reduce regular video game streams, focusing only on major releases.
