Streamer Ilya “Maddyson” Davydov recently shared photos of the menu from the restaurant “StoLOVaya” in New York City on his personal Telegram channel.
Located in Brooklyn, the most populous borough of New York, this establishment specializes in “authentic Soviet cuisine.” Its menu indeed features traditional dishes familiar to many, such as Olivier salad, Herring Under a Fur Coat (Seledka pod Shuboy), Beef Stroganoff, mashed potatoes with cutlets, pelmeni (dumplings), blinis (pancakes), and other well-known items.
Maddyson provided commentary alongside the images, offering his perspective on the prices and portion sizes.
“Prices and portions in a restaurant in the USA, New York City, you can compare with ours. Ps. StoLOVaya is just a name to lure in Russian Jews from Brighton. Essentially, it`s a full-fledged restaurant.”
The streamer specifically photographed the salads and hot dishes he ordered during his visit.
