Miposhka Reviews BLAST Slam III and Team Spirit’s Schedule

Team Spirit Dota 2 player Yaroslav `Miposhka` Naidenov shared his impressions of competing at BLAST Slam III. He described the tournament as a positive experience, noted improvements in team dynamics, and discussed his personal responsibility for preparing drafts. Miposhka shared these thoughts in a vlog on the club`s YouTube channel.

I believe that at this tournament we definitely gained solid and positive experience. I made quite a few conclusions. We`ll see what happens next. Most likely there will be a patch, it feels overdue. But the patch won`t affect the conclusions I`ve made. Everything will only get better in the future. I also want to note that, heading into this tournament, we clearer defined roles within the team. I started preparing more. I was responsible for all drafts. I consulted with Airat [Silent] more in some instances. Before, we prepared drafts together, but in my mind, it felt somewhat unclear. It felt like we were pulling the blanket back and forth, as it seemed to me. But after the previous tournament [PGL Wallachia S4], we met and had a good, open talk. I think the dynamic we had at this tournament was very good. I liked it.

Miposhka also announced that the team will take a 2-3 week vacation, after which the roster will compete in another tournament in Bucharest and begin preparations for Riyadh Masters 2025.

Next, we`ll have a vacation, 2-3 weeks. Our next tournament will be another Wallachia, in the very same Bucharest, in the very same hotel, in the very same place. Another Groundhog Day. After that will be Riyadh, and, essentially, we will be preparing. We will have a bootcamp. We`ll play pubs, prepare, train. In general, everything is as usual. We will try to approach it as seriously and responsibly as possible. I certainly will.

BLAST Slam III took place from May 6th to 11th in Copenhagen, Denmark. Teams competed for a prize pool of $750,000. Team Spirit lost to Team Falcons in the playoff semifinals, securing 3rd-4th place and earning $60,000.
