Netflix Unveils Character Posters for ‘The Sandman’ Final Season

Netflix has officially released new character posters for the highly anticipated second and final season of the fantasy series “The Sandman.” These striking images, showcasing key figures from the show, were shared across social media platforms. The first part of the season is scheduled to debut on July 3, 2025, followed by the release of the remaining episodes on July 24.

The narrative of “The Sandman” primarily follows Dream, also known as Morpheus, one of the seven ancient and powerful beings collectively referred to as the Endless. His siblings include Death, Destiny, Despair, Desire, Destruction, and Delirium. The series` premise is set in motion when, in the early 20th century, a group of occultists successfully capture Dream and imprison him for over a century. After enduring this prolonged captivity, the protagonist finally breaks free and embarks on a quest to reclaim and restore his lost realm and power.

The first season of “The Sandman” premiered globally on August 5, 2022. Upon its release, the series was generally well-received by audiences, achieving a rating of 7.8 out of 10 on IMDb and 7.2 out of 10 among users of the Russian platform Kinopoisk.
