InXile Entertainment has released a new trailer for their upcoming role-playing game, Clockwork Revolution. The title is set in an alternate steampunk version of the late 19th century. The footage showcased the game`s narrative setup, combat sequences, and characters making extensive use of intricate mechanisms, futuristic weapons, and magical abilities.
Clockwork Revolution is being developed as a first-person action-RPG. Players will be able to travel through time and influence the course of events within the city of Avalon. The game is set to feature a non-linear story, a detailed role-playing system, a character creator, and rich dialogue options. The development team includes industry veterans such as Chad Moore and Jason Anderson, known for their prior work on titles like Arcanum.
The release date for Clockwork Revolution remains unconfirmed. The game is currently in development for PC and Xbox Series consoles and is planned to be available on Game Pass from its launch day. As of the time of this publication, there has been no announcement regarding Russian localization for the game.
