EA Sports has revealed the second group of players for the NHL 25 Team of the Season (TOTS) program, continuing the celebration of outstanding performances from the 2024-25 NHL season. This announcement follows the initial release of TOTS players last week.
The following players are included in this second TOTS wave:
- Logan Thompson, Goalie, Washington Capitals (94 OVR)
- Adam Fox, Defenseman, New York Rangers (94 OVR)
- Quinn Hughes, Defenseman, Vancouver Canucks (94 OVR)
- Kyle Connor, Left Wing, Winnipeg Jets (94 OVR)
- Mitch Marner, Right Wing, Toronto Maple Leafs (94 OVR)
- Connor McDavid, Center, Edmonton Oilers (94 OVR)
With the addition of Connor McDavid and Kyle Connor, the Edmonton Oilers and Winnipeg Jets now have two players each in the TOTS lineup, making them the leading teams so far. It remains to be seen if the final TOTS release will solidify one of these teams as the top contributor.
In addition to the TOTS announcement, EA Sports is also highlighting the future of the NHL by adding several rookies to NHL 25. These rookies and their initial ratings are:
- Ryan Leonard, Washington Capitals (80 OVR)
- Gabe Perreault, New York Rangers (79 OVR)
- Jimmy Snuggerud, St. Louis Blues (79 OVR)
- Oliver Moore, Chicago Blackhawks (78 OVR)
