The latest Nintendo Direct presentation for March 2025, the last one focused on the original Nintendo Switch, has concluded. It confirmed a range of new games coming to the current Switch console.

While the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct is scheduled for April 2nd, there are still many games for current Switch owners to look forward to, even into 2026.

Key announcements included Metroid Prime 4 and Pokémon Legends: Z-A, alongside numerous smaller games like Disney Villains Cursed Cafe and Rhythm Heaven: Groove. Here’s a summary of all the announcements and their release dates.

Dragon Quest 1+2 HD-2D Remake, 2025

Dragon Quest 1+2 will feature upgraded visuals in HD-2D. This remake of the first two Dragon Quest games is a great follow-up to the Dragon Quest III remake from 2024.

No Sleep for Kaname Date – From AI: The Somnium Files, July 25

Fans of AI: The Somnium Files will get a new game where protagonist Kaname Date solves puzzles and mysteries to save lives.

Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, June 19

Also known as Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army, this is a remastered version of the classic PS2 game.

Shadow Labyrinth, July 18

Shadow Labyrinth is a new metroidvania game featuring Pac-Man and mech robots. Pac-Man can eat enemies to gain new abilities.

Patapon + Patapon 2 Replay, July 11

Both classic Patapon rhythm-based action games are being remastered. Players will press buttons to the rhythm to command cute Patapon characters against enemy armies.

Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, August 27

This is a complete remake of the Nintendo DS game, originally known as Harvest Moon DS: Grand Bazaar in the West. It features completely redone 3D visuals and environments.

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, 2025

Metroid Prime 4 was shown in a new trailer, revealing Samus`s new telekinetic and psychic abilities for combat. It appears to be visually impressive and have faster gameplay compared to previous Metroid Prime games, suggesting it will be a standout title.
