Streamer Alexander “Nix” Levin reacted positively to the Dota 2 update where Valve closed access to player statistics in Immortal Draft mode. However, he mentioned that this is unlikely to completely prevent access to certain data.
He commented on the update: “Saw the Dota update, yeah, it`s a cool update. Many people who don`t understand Dota and just repeated a template for years will struggle a lot. Although, there`s still plenty of information. You can find anything if you want.”
On the night of March 20th, Valve introduced changes to the Immortal Draft rules. Now, players with a rating of 8,500 MMR automatically enter this mode. Participation in matches requires official registration of their nickname, and match results are now hidden from outsiders.
