Quantum Team Captain Involved in Match-Fixing Reportedly Earned ₽100k (~$1300)

The salary of Dmitry “Lukas” Davydov, the former captain of Quantum Team`s Dota 2 roster who was implicated in deliberately losing an official match (known as 322 in esports), has been revealed.

His compensation was approximately $1,300 USD, or ₽100,000 RUB per month. This information was shared by caster Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov, who stated he had spoken with the head of Quantum Team.

On the night of July 1st, Quantum Team was disqualified from European Pro League Season 27. According to the organizers` statement, the reason was the actions of team captain Lukas during the match against 4Pirates, which were deemed a violation of fair play principles.

Following the incident, Quantum Team also announced they had terminated their cooperation with Davydov.

Subsequently, a TeamSpeak recording of Quantum Team players discussing match-fixing (322) during the official game was leaked online. The audio reportedly contains the players discussing how to intentionally lose the match.
