Fans of the upcoming game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 have expressed interest to developer Sandfall Interactive in seeing a plush toy version of Esquie, one of the game`s secondary characters.
Guillaume Broche, the head of Sandfall Interactive, addressed this fan request during an interview with YouTuber CohhCarnage. Broche revealed that the developers have indeed considered this possibility. He reportedly laughed when the topic came up and noted that he had discussed it just that morning, adding lightheartedly that “the world simply needs such a toy.” However, he did not provide any specific details or confirmation regarding plans to release any merchandise.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 was released on April 24, 2025. The game is available on PC via Steam, as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X consoles. It has been well-received by critics, holding an average Metacritic score of 92 out of 100.
