The upcoming DLC pack for WWE 2K25 is set to arrive in just over a week. The identity of the second mystery NBA star joining the game has now been disclosed: Shaquille O`Neal. He will be featured alongside Tyrese Haliburton in the `Dunk & Destruction Pack`.
Shaquille O`Neal is no stranger to professional wrestling, having participated in several events over the years. In 2016, he made a surprising appearance at WrestleMania 32, competing in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, where his formidable 7-foot-1 presence was matched against the formidable Big Show. Later, in 2021, Shaq appeared in AEW (All Elite Wrestling), participating in a tag team match alongside the debuting Jade Cargill, facing off against AEW founder Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet.
In addition to Shaq, Tyrese Haliburton, and a third yet-to-be-announced NBA player, the `Dunk & Destruction Pack` DLC will also include professional wrestling personalities. These are The Great Khali, a former WWE world champion, and Abyss, a former TNA wrestler who currently serves as a backstage producer for WWE. The release date for this downloadable content is set for June 25, 2025.
