Janusz `Snax` Pogorzelski, the captain of G2 Esports` CS2 team, shared his feelings about his role as captain in an interview.
Snax mentioned that he is still getting used to the captain`s role, but overall feels confident. He acknowledged the difficulties associated with replacing key players, but emphasized that the team is gradually coping. Snax expressed confidence in his in-game decisions, stating, “As a captain, I feel good, I am confident in my calls. When I watch replays later, I note that I make good decisions.” He also noted that his personal performance could be better, and he is looking for ways to improve, mentioning that in GamerLegion he played better by focusing more on his own game.
Regarding the team`s prospects, Snax shared his opinion on G2`s chances, stating that he does not consider them to be favorites, but believes in their potential to show good results and even win. He prefers the team not to be in the spotlight as a top contender.
G2 started the tournament with a victory over GamerLegion.
