Valve has updated the Steam Marketplace rules. Now, users need to confirm every item listing.
Valve has adjusted Steam Marketplace rules multiple times, modifying the requirements for transactions. Previously, confirming listings via the mobile app wasn`t needed for inexpensive items. However, now confirmation is mandatory for every transaction, regardless of the item`s price. This applies to skins, stickers, cards, and other items on the Marketplace.
Valve also recently fixed a bug with the Fever case in CS2, which caused rare knife skins to drop more frequently than intended. This fix was implemented a day after players noticed the incorrect drop rates.
