Esports organization G2 Esports has announced a temporary roster change for their CS2 team ahead of PGL Astana 2025. The team`s representatives stated on their official X page that Nemanja “huNter-” Kovač will be absent for at least the initial matches of the tournament.
Kovač is currently facing visa complications. However, it is hoped that the situation will be resolved, allowing him to travel and join PGL Astana 2025 before the event concludes. In his place for the starting lineup, the team`s coach, Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas, will step in temporarily.
PGL Astana 2025 is scheduled to take place from May 10 to 18 in Kazakhstan. Sixteen participating teams, including prominent names like Team Spirit, Natus Vincere, and Virtus.pro, will compete for a substantial prize pool of $1.25 million. Half of this amount is designated to be distributed among the participating clubs.
