Team Spirit`s Dota 2 roster will not be participating in DreamLeague Season 26. The tournament organizers announced this information on social media.
Team Spirit turned down the invitation to the tournament. Neither the team representatives nor the tournament operator have disclosed the reasons behind this decision. Denis `larl` Sigitov`s team was invited to DreamLeague S26 because, at the time of the announcement, they held the second position in the EPT ranking. Team Liquid, who were next in line for an invitation, will take Team Spirit`s place in the tournament.
DreamLeague Season 26 is scheduled to take place online from May 19th to June 1st. Four invited teams and 12 teams that qualified through regional qualifiers will compete for a $1 million prize pool and 29,200 EPT points.
