Team Vitality secured their spot in the playoffs of IEM Dallas 2025 for CS2 by defeating GamerLegion in the upper bracket of Group A. The match concluded with a decisive 2-0 victory for Vitality, with map scores of 13:9 on Mirage and 13:10 on Nuke. Led by Dan `apEX` Madesclaire, the team successfully claimed a coveted playoff berth.
GamerLegion will now continue their journey in the group`s lower bracket. Erik `ztr` Gustafsson`s squad is set to compete in an elimination match against the winner of the series between Lynn Vision Gaming and FURIA Esports. In earlier tournament action, MOUZ also successfully advanced to the playoff stage.
IEM Dallas 2025 is taking place from May 19th to 25th. Teams are battling it out for a significant total prize pool of $300,000.
