The open qualifiers for The International 2025 Dota 2 tournament are set to run from May 31 to June 5.
These competitions will take place in two stages across six regions, with teams battling for coveted spots in the closed qualifiers.
All open qualifiers will utilize a single-elimination bracket format. Matches from the Round of 16 onwards will be played as best-of-three series,
while all preceding matches will be best-of-one. In most regions, three slots for the closed qualifiers will be awarded at each stage,
which includes a match to determine the third-place recipient. However, the Southeast Asia region is an exception,
as only two slots will be contested there.
