Virtus.pro CEO Comments on Perfecto’s Transfer to CS2 Roster

Virtus.pro CEO Nikolay Petrosyan has commented on the recent transfer of Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy to the organization`s Counter-Strike 2 roster, addressing the remarkably quick nature of the signing.

Regarding the rapid process, which saw Perfecto join the team just two days after announcing he was seeking a new organization, Petrosyan stated that such speed is consistent with Virtus.pro`s standards. He explained that as a professional esports organization focused on setting new benchmarks in the industry, they are capable of efficiently handling complex procedures. This includes their legal team quickly preparing comprehensive contracts and their media team developing creative announcement materials swiftly, particularly when the player is motivated and cooperative.

Petrosyan specifically highlighted Perfecto`s constructive approach during the contract negotiations. He praised Zalutskiy as a true professional driven by a desire to return to competitive play at a tier-1 level, noting that Perfecto`s willingness to find mutual compromises significantly contributed to the prompt finalization of the agreement.

Virtus.pro officially announced the signing of Perfecto to their CS2 lineup on June 25, confirming he replaced Timur “FL4MUS” Maryev. The organization also stated that with the addition of Zalutskiy, their Counter-Strike 2 roster is now complete.
