ESL, the tournament organizer, has updated the ESL Pro Tour (EPT) ranking table for Dota 2 teams. The information was published on the company`s website.
In the updated rankings, Virtus.pro inherited all the points of Chimera Esports, earned by four players of the former roster at DreamLeague Season 25. As a result of the reshuffle, the club has risen to seventh place and is in contention for an invitation to Riyadh Masters 2025. To qualify for the championship without going through qualifiers, they need to finish the season in the top eight.
The changes also affected AVULUS. Following two roster changes, the club lost 554 points but maintained its place in the top 8. Furthermore, ESL updated the regional rankings. Virtus.pro now holds the 14th position in the list of leaders.
The upcoming tournament in the ESL Pro Tour series will be ESL One Raleigh 2025. The tournament is scheduled for April 7-13 in Raleigh, USA. 12 teams will compete for a prize pool of one million dollars. Virtus.pro will not be participating in this event.
