Well-known streamer and content maker Igor `iLTW` Filatov shared the reasons for his refusal to return to the professional Dota 2 scene. According to Igor, the main reason is the significant amount of time that would be required to dedicate to the game as part of a professional team.
When asked why he still doesn`t play in a professional team, iLTW replied that he doesn`t see the point in it. He noted that his current rank is not high enough to be invited to top teams. That`s how life works. Furthermore, he emphasized that he does not have a strong desire to play in a team, as streaming brings him good income. According to him, playing in a professional team would entail complete immersion in the game and a lack of personal life due to constant bootcamps and training.
Igor Filatov began his professional Dota 2 career in 2015. During this time, he played for such well-known teams as Team Spirit, ESPADA, Virtus.pro, OG, and Nigma Galaxy. Since 2023, iLTW has only participated in entertainment tournaments and show matches.
