The Windranger arcana item itself was first introduced to the game in 2020, exclusively obtainable by players who reached level 575 of that year`s Battle Pass. More recently, in December 2024, Dota 2 developers released the complete Fluttering Breeze set – featuring the arcana – as an `incredibly rare` reward found within the Winter 2024 Heroes` Hoard treasure.
At the time this article was published, initial listings for the Windranger set were appearing at prices starting around ₽5,400. Due to significant demand for the item, the minimum price on the market is subject to constant fluctuation.
