24-year-old professional Dota 2 player Daniyal ‘yamich’ Lazebnyy has spoken about his future in the competitive scene. He shared his plans.

“At the very least, I would like to try to assemble my own team. Whether it’s a youth team or not, it doesn’t matter, just a team where the guys would synergize very well. After so much experience with captains, I generally see that I can draft myself and try to motivate the guys as well.”

Lazebnyy also reflected on the qualities he wants to see in his team’s players.

“[For a carry, there should be] experience and rank <…>. Ideally, a mid-laner should be something between MidOne and gpK~. GpK~ is very strong individually, and MidOne, although many might have thought he was feeding more, he also revealed the map, helping others to open up a lot. [From an offlaner, I expect] a large hero pool, agreement on how we want to lane and how we see the heroes. He can say nasty things to me, that’s normal. I’ll also say things to him, the main thing is that we don’t take offense at each other and continue to work. [A position five player should have a high] rank if he is young and inexperienced. If he is not young, but experienced, then he should be motivated, with an interesting hero pool, or a default one. I don’t know how to describe it.”

Yamich is currently listed as inactive in 9Pandas. He left the team in January 2025. Previously, he also played for Team Secret and Virtus.pro.
