Zorte Reflects on BetBoom Team’s Performance in H1 2025

Alexander “zorte” Zagodyrenko, a member of the BetBoom Team CS2 roster, has shared his assessment of the team`s performance during the first half of 2025. The esports player posted his thoughts on Telegram.

We`ve returned home, and the season is over for us.

A few words and thoughts before going on vacation… The result wasn`t what we expected, because obviously, everyone was dreaming of LANs, trophies, and other winners` benefits, but it turned out far from it. We managed to get out of a difficult period and qualify for the Major, but in that state, it quickly became clear that this was our maximum – there are many reasons, and even experienced players with good backgrounds can`t fundamentally impact the result. It became MORE clear to me that the process of team formation, comfort, chemistry among players and coach is much more important, and without this over the long run, everything will be the same; no matter who the people are, the problems will be identical. The team will only grow if there is peace within itself. Wishing everyone a productive summer ❤️

BetBoom Team unveiled its updated roster in January 2025, welcoming Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov and Sergey “Ax1Le” Rykhtorov. The team qualified for BLAST Bounty Spring 2025, where they finished 5-8th with stand-ins. BetBoom Team also secured a top-4 finish at YaLLa Compass Qatar 2025 and earned bronze at the CCT Season 2 Global Finals. However, at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, the team was eliminated before reaching the second stage.
